With 5 teams to organise every week it really helps to know availability by MONDAY at 6pm each week.

The plan is to sort the first two teams at least by a Monday evening and then hopefully the others on a Tuesday, or worst case Wednesday so we can let people know in plenty of time where they are playing. This is tricky if either people have not updated availability or it is wrong online!

Utopia would be to know several weeks in advance so we can see any problem weeks which allows us to try and get some of our occasional players playing.

The good news this week was we actually had enough people showing as available despite it being peak exam and university time so 5 sides looking good currently but if has been a bit trickier as a result of changing availabilities over the last couple of days. I understand this cannot always be avoided but please do help us by committing early, or if unsure letting you captain know.
