2. Approval of the minutes of the Chesham Cricket Club Limited’s 2023 AGM
3. To approve a financial statement for the preceding financial year, and agree to continue to appoint Mark Simmons FCA (Master Finance Limited) and other auditing arrangements for the current financial year
4. To elect the Officers of the Company and the Trustees; Jonathan Royals (Chairman) and Brendan O’Donovan (Director)
5. To elect the Committee members/heads of sections:
   1. Club secretary – Lee Wiles
   2. Junior section chair – John Holloway
   3. Cricket committee chair – Paul Hughes-d’Aeth
   4. Women and girls committee chair – Helen Crawley
   5. Fixture secretary – Christopher Royals
   6. Club welfare officer – Rachel Firth
   7. Club maintenance and upkeep – Martin Wheeler/Terry Newsome
