Xmas Wine Offer to Raise Funds for the Club

01 Dec 2016

Dear Members,

This Christmas period what better way to buy your wine than through the offer attached. Not only will you be purchasing your wine cheaper than in the supermarkets, Hatch Mansfield shall also donate a percentage of proceeds from each purchase to the club. Currently, the club is in a precarious position financially and we need to pay off our debts if  we wish to survive. I therefore urge you to help the club out this Christmas by considering, and hopefully purchasing wine from Hatch Mansfield. If this is successful we ask you to continue purchasing wine from Hatch Mansfield throughout the year with the same offer in place in terms of donations to the club.  Please note each wine must be bought in full 6 bottle cases – we cannot sell individual bottles at these prices.

In the attached document is a list of wines that should be suitable for the Christmas period. If you however wish to look further into the wines Hatch Mansfield has to offer please visit  www.hatchmansfield.com and email a request of the wine you wish to purchase and we shall quote a price. A percentage of the money from these purchases will also be donated to the club.

To place orders please fill in the form attached and email it back to me on  dhughesdaeth@hotmail.co.uk. Orders may be collected from Chesham Cricket Club on the 22nd December or delivered between the 20th - 23rd December. Payment can either be through card details, cash or cheque.

For any queries please email me on  dhughesdaeth@hotmail.co.uk or phone  07887987015 .  Once you have placed your order, you will be emailed an invoice. If payment can be made prior to delivery or when the wine is delivered that would be massively appreciated – details as to how to pay if you don’t want to send your credit card details with the order will be on the invoice but please do email me to confirm payment made, and how, as dealing with individuals is not something we normally do so need to ensure payments get allocated correctly.

I look forward to hearing from you, David
