All abilities are welcomed and encouraged to take part whether you have played cricket before or you are completely new to the sport. For those of you that are new, there is no equipment needed - everything is provided for you! All we recommend is that you wear comfortable clothes and trainers on the day.
A brief summary of the format :
🏏 Softball Used
🏏 19 Yard Pitch
🏏 6 a side
🏏 8 over innings
🏏 Bat in pairs for 2 overs
🏏 Everyone bowls 1 over each
🏏 Overarm or underarm bowling allowed
🏏 Team with the highest score wins!
You can enter these festivals as a team or as an individual. Grab your sister, mother, grandma, best friend and head down to The Meadow for a great afternoon. There will be music and refreshments as well as lots of fun filled festival games. Whether you would like to come down and play, or spectate and encourage from the sidelines, its set to be a fantastic family day out!
