Dear all,

With the forecast looking good tomorrow, we are planning on cracking out the barbecue again.

Given that last time I may have/definitely did under order, if you are definitely going to be around the 
club tomorrow evening please let me know today so I can get a better idea of numbers. It isn't 
mandatory to tell me, I'll order some extras, but it does help give me a framework.

I will also attempt to remember some veggie options...
