Please note the AGM will be on Tuesday 23rd July at 8pm. The bar will be open and would be good to see lots of members turn up. Please find attached minutes from last years AGM and the agenda for the evening.
The accounts and committee proposals will be available will be available to review in the Pavilion from Saturday 13th July 2019. Any proposal (s) to be considered by the AGM need to be made in writing to the Secretary by Monday 15th July 2019. Please email the secretary at leew@britpay.co.uk
