We are entering 5  senior teams into the Thames Valley League on a Saturday this year, The 1sts and 2nds will have panel Umpires but for the 3rds, 4ths and 5ths either players Umpire or we need to provide a club umpire. Where we provide a club umpire we receive an extra point for doing so and the game is also much more enjoyable for the players of both sides.

To 'qualify' as a club umpire is very somple. In essence a brief 40 minute online course is all that is required, along with registering with the League.

Should anyone wish to volunteer please do let me know and i can let you have the form. This may be of particular interest for people who may have lads coming into Senior Cricket in the 3rds, 4ths or 5th teams.
