Dear All,
Following Matt’s decision to stand down as 2nd team skipper after 3 very successful seasons in which he took the side from Division 4 to Division 2, we are fortunate to have another skipper with significant Captaincy experience both at Chesham and University in Chris Royals, who has come forward to lead the side. I am certain he will continue to develop the 2nd team into a side to challenge for promotion into Division 1 in due course and know Matt will be looking forward to the slightly more relaxing pursuit of simply playing cricket on a Saturday without the ongoing challenge of Captaincy!
Many thanks to Matt for his stint as Captain and good luck to both of them for next season and beyond!
