Match report Chesham 2’s recorded their second win of pre season with a 46 run victory over Amersham at Chartridge. Put in to bat, Chesham made a positive start through Ed Turner (23) and Mo Asuaf (31), before a 100 run partnership between Matt Watson (47) and man of the match Mark Hall (67) allowed Chesham to post 225 off their 40 overs, with Guy Fowler making a late cameo of 10 off 5 balls. A strong bowling performance was led by openers. Hall (3-48) and Burden (4-25), before Samuel Rance bowled an important spell in the middle overs, picking up the key wicket of Weston, who top scored with 51. Burden returned to clean up the tail and bowled Amersham out for 179 to secure the victory.
