Match report Chesham made the trip to Kew on Saturday.
Chesham won the toss and chose to bat.

Kew came out of the blocks quickly and found the Chesham opening bowling wayward then Chesham stuck to the task with an excellent spell of bowling from Gift Kwatsha (6-23) and was ably supported by Jack Maciver (1-26) and Pip France 3-18).
Kew had no answer to the hostile bowling display apart from an 9th wicket partnership of 25 which took the score to over 100 and they were bowled out for 125 in under 40 overs.
Chesham started very slowly but lost wickets they lost the first 3 wickets for just 27 runs. The 4th Wicket Partnership of 39 between Andy Goddard (15) Luke Webb (15) When Goddard departed Chesham still required 59.
Then came the match winning partnership of 52 between Luke Webb (14) and Gift Kwatsha (35) off 32 balls.
They both departed with just 8 required. It was left to Jack Maciver (1*) and Pip France (7*) to get Chesham over the line for their 5th victory in an row in the league in just over 30 overs.
After 5 weeks Chesham are currently 13 points clear at the top. Next week sees the change of format to the traditional game and sees Chesham visit Stoke Green.
