All,

As well as the rolling required per my separate message, there will be numerous other jobs to do at both 

Chesham and Chartridge to prepare for the season.

So please could as many people as possible turn up to help. 

If you are a 1st or 2nd team player please assist at Chesham, whilst 3rds and 4ths please help at 

Chartridge.

We will meet at 10 am with a view to being finished by 1 o clock and obviously the more people we 

have the better chance of being finished early! At the end of season task force the majority of helpers 

came from the ladies, which is much appreciated, but a pretty poor effort from the mens teams so 

would be good to see a more proportionate representation of club members this time!

One point on filling in the rota - just type your name in and the file automatically saves when you close I

believe but maybe the first person to put their name on it could email me to tell me so i can check the 

name is saved - i did so with the line test so i think it works but want to be sure!
